2009 - Chopaka East - on the edge of Canada

At the southern extreme of the proposed Okanagan National Park, we looked over the vast mountain grasslands of Chopaka East, right across to the grasslands on the Washington State side of the valley. The Similkameen River, in Washington State, runs far below on the valley bottom. Its an amazing view right on the edge of Canada. What a place for a National Park!
