Raven Coal would wipe out fish-bearing streams, poison the Baynes Sound watershed, kill the local aquaculture industry, and run 70,000 coal trucks a year past through communities along their 75 km route. Raven Coal threatens local drinking water sources and wild salmon, and stands to put 80 million tons of climate destabilizing carbon emissions into our shared atmosphere.
