- We are proudly partnered with Vancouver-based Metropolitan Fine Printers, who won gold with the 2009 Western Canada Endangered Wilderness calendar at the 2009 Environmental Printing Awards in Toronto. The 2012 calendars are produced and printed according to the same rigorous standards.
- This calendar is environmentally-friendly and produced on Mohawk Loop paper from Unisource Canada which is Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified paper with 100% post-consumer recycled content, processed chlorine free with vegetable-based inks and varnishes which save trees, energy, landfill space and water.
- Each month features a different Canadian nature issue, along with a detailed description, special conservation dates, moon phases in Pacific Standard Time and an identification map.
