This is part three of a three part video, 26 minutes long, about a group of artists that traveled into the Carmanah Valley, on the southwest coast of Vancouver Island, in 1989 with the Wilderness Committee. The artists painted, drew and sculpted the ancient forests and nearby clearcuts that they encountered. The art was donated to the Wilderness Committee and auctioned to raise funds for the Wilderness Committee's efforts to preserve Carmanah. The valley was eventually protected in the Carmanah Walbran Pacific Provincial Park.
