This is part two of a two part, 20 minute 2006 video about Lost Valley, in St at imc territory. The Wilderness Committee has been working with the St at imc to ensure that the BC government does not log this special wild place. The valley provides habitat to several species at risk, including spotted owl and grizzly bear. St at imc historical and cultural sites are located here as well. The valley remains unlogged until this day (2009), though it is not legislativley protected, yet.
I came from Spain to volunteer @ the Seton Portage Aboriginal Farm and Trail Project near Lillooet, BC. I spent my days either working on the Indian Reserve Community Farm, or helping re-open ancient First Nation Trails in the Wilderness. I intended to spend only 2 weeks but instead stayed for a month!
