Please join us as we share important information with the shoppers of Costco that they may be buying farmed salmon!

The salmon in our province are the backbone of so many ecological systems and many creatures, vegetation and people rely on this precious gift we have been given! Let's stand up for those that cannot speak for themselves! 

The federal Canadian government is irresponsible for opening the expansion this industry as it means an escalation of viruses and parasites that will likely cause serious, or even irreversible harm to wild salmon. This is unacceptable especially since there are sustainable alternatives with land-based fish farming in containment using fish feed lower on the food chain. Ocean based farmed Atlantic salmon are contaminated at levels so high that health experts and scientists are warning people avoid this product, especially pregnant women and children.

Eddie Gardner and his tireless awesome team have been going to numerous Costco's and Superstores in the Lower Mainland over the past years - it is NOW Vancouver's turn! Please come out to show support for these courageous salmon warriors!
