LNG Marine Jetty project hearings
Important milestone for the Tilbury Pacific LNG Marine Jetty Project
WesPac filed their environmental certificate application and it’s now under review with the Environmental Assessment Office of B.C.
The 180-day application review period will start with public consultation at the end of March. For your background, see news release to announce the filing of the application, which includes public consultation.
Also attached are a set of key facts about the project that may be helpful during discussions with your constituents and other members of the community. The EAO will be hosting two open houses during this time, should you wish to attend:
· April 9th in Delta from 4pm-8pm (Coast Tsawwassen Inn, 1665 56 St, Delta)
· April 10th in Richmond from 4pm-8pm (Holiday Inn Express, 10688 No 6 Rd, Richmond)
