Our fall hike in Catchacoma Forest will feature guided forest bathing activities with Beth McKinley, a trained Forest and Nature Therapist. We will engage in mindful nature connection to help slow down, de-stress and immerse ourselves in the sights, sounds, textures and smells of the forest. 

Forest bathing has been shown to boost the immune system, lower blood pressure and help with anxiety. We hope to see you there.

The hike will go on from 1 to 4 p.m. and will begin from Catchacoma Forest trail head parking lot in Peterborough County
