On Thursday November 27 at 10 am on the top of the hill, Grand Chief Stewart Phillip will be joining the people at Burnaby Mountain. 

This is at the exact same time that Kinder Morgan will be appearing in Supreme Court to try to increase the injunction zone and extend the timeline on the injunction to complete their geotechnical survey work. 

THE EXACT SAME TIME!!

What's a community to do? We hope you'll choose to join the collective "Us" at either the courthouse (800 Smithe Street) at 9:30 a.m., or the top of the hill on the Mountain at 10:00, just outside the injunction zone. 

The Wilderness Committee will be at the courthouse to express opposition to Kinder Morgan's tar sands pipeline and the destructive activities happening in Burnaby. Will you join us?

Both events will be held on Unceded xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) territories.
