Walk on the Wildside
Stanley Park is an oasis for wildlife in the city, and there are amazing opportunities to catch glimpses of their daily lives if you know just where to look.
In honour of World Wildlife Day on March 3rd, take the family for a walk on the wild side in the last days of winter—a great time to see birds and mammals gearing up for spring. Learn to use binoculars, practice the basics of tracking, and get to know the wildlife in Stanley Park, including herons and coyotes. Come see the forest for the habitats that animals call home.
Pre-register – $5 members / $10 non-members
Drop in – $7 members / $12.50 non-members
NOTE: This walk will meet from the Stanley Park Nature House on Lost Lagoon.
