In BC, we need a new vision for forest management that prioritizes the conservation of ALL remaining old-growth forests. We must start by ending logging in iconic ancient forests like the Walbran Valley.

Old-growth forests are important resources for Indigenous people, they provide critical habitat for numerous endangered species, they help support sustainable sectors like tourism and serve as stores for record amounts of climate-changing carbon.

At next week’s event, an expert panel will give you the latest on what’s happening in the Walbran, provide perspective on why protecting old-growth rainforests is so important and explain how you can join this growing movement.
