This is a short video about several Wilderness Committee expeditions to Hesquiat Point Creek in the summer of 2008. These fact finding trips were undertaken because Coulson Logging company had recently revealed plans to log in this pristine area of Clayoquot Sound - which the Wilderness Committee opposed. The Wilderness Committee joined with other conservation groups including Greenpeace, Sierra Club, Forest Ethics. and the Friends of Clayoquot Sound to prepare a campaign based on protest and market campaigns. Coulson Logging company then agreed to not log at Hesquiat Point Creek for the time being.
