Hopes rise for endangered BC spotted owl

Environmentalists are celebrating a major step forward in B.C. for an endangered species. The federal government has made an updated draft of the spotted owl recovery strategy, after push-back over previous revisions lacking what's necessary for the animal to thrive. As Paul Johnson reports, there may still be hope for this nearly extinct owl. The Wilderness Committee's Joe Foy is interviewed in this news story.
