Attention Metro Vancouver residents: Port Metro Vancouver is in the final stages of approving the creation of a coal port at Fraser-Surrey docks. People all over the area are standing up and saying "No More Coal Exports!" through their communities.
Take action now and help prevent the escalation of coal exports through the lower mainland of BC. Help stop Vancouver from becoming a hub for fossil fuel exports!
Talk to your MPs, MLAs, friends, neighbours, coworkers and anyone else who will listen.
Contact your community groups and organizations to see what they are doing about this issue.
Part of a larger documentary film project on the very important issue of coal exports through Canada, this video was created after a month of filming coal trains, interviewing people and attending rallies all over the lower mainland.
