TV News Story - Climate Change will make BC farmland precious

This is a TV news story about a report that suggests that the US states of Oregon and Washington and the Canadian province of BC will be affected least by climate change resulting in a wave of refugees coming to the Pacific Northwest. The Wilderness Committee's Joe Foy is interviewed for this story and makes the case for cancelling the Site C Dam project in order to conserve farm land.
