Speakers included Ben Parfitt of the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives, Emma Gilchrist of DeSmog Canada, Morag Keegan-Henry of Fight C and Grand Chief Stewart Phillip of the Union of BC Indian Chiefs. Each described in their own way the various problems with the dam project and proposed ways in which people opposed to the dam could organize to get the extremely damaging and expensive project stopped.
