TV News Story ‑ Spotted Owl captive breeding program

This is a short TV news story about the BC government's decision to undertake the world's first spotted owl captive breeding program in an attempt to halt the species' slide towards dissapearing from Canada. However, the Wilderness Committee is shocked to see that logging of spotted owl habitat continues unabated. The Wilderness Committee's Joe Foy is interviewed in this story.
