Video: Is Whiteshell Provincial Park the Place for A Mine?

Thursday, August 22, 2019

Manitoba’s cherished provincial parks are at risk of getting bulldozed for mineral exploration this winter. Whiteshell Provincial Park is facing the threat of bulldozed forests, just like Nopiming Provincial Park suffered destruction last winter. Parks are supposed to protect nature, animals, and give us a place for peace. But the Manitoba government policy has changed, and a massive new mineral rush is underway in provincial parks. We need industrial activity out of our parks!
