Applications for the public to participate in hearings over the Kinder Morgan Trans Mountain pipeline project were accepted by Canada's National Energy Board (NEB) until February 12th, 2014.

Applications are now closed.

By the deadline on Feb. 12th, over 2,100 applicants had made submissions to take part in the official federal review of the project. Now it is up to the NEB to decide how many of these applicants will be approved as intervenors and commenters.

Thank you to everyone who took action and helped spread the word! This is an important opportunity to make sure our voices are heard on a critical decision that will impact the health of the Salish Sea, as well as our communities and the climate.
