The rally will start at the park at Hastings and Cliff ave. (where hastings splits off into Inlet Dr.). After a few speakers we will march down Cliff Ave. and across to the front gates of the Kinder Morgan oil tanker terminal. We will then march along Inlet drive past views of the Chevron refinery. We will stop at the site of the 2007 oil spill and will make our way back to the starting point of the rally.
